How to Participate:
1. Send your cargo boxes through UMAC services between April 1 and August 31, 2024.
2. Each cargo box sent equals one entry ticket into the raffle draw.
3. Sit back, relax, and await the draw on September 2024 (TBA)to see if you're the lucky winner of the round trip ticket to the Philippines!
Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion Period: The UMAC 20th Anniversary Raffle Promo Giveaway("Promotion") will commence on April 1 and conclude on August 31, 2024 ("Promotion Period").
2. Eligibility: This Promotion is open to all customers of Umac Forwarder Express Inc. (existing or new), must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Ontario. An exception will be made if you use our services through one of our agents outside Ontario. However, this promotion is excluding employees and immediate family members of UMAC.
3. How to Enter: Each Balikbayan Box sent through UMAC’s services during the Promotion Period qualify as one (1) entry ticket into the raffle draw. (Any size box will be entitled for a raffle ticket, but not if it is under another promo or discount).
4. Prize Details: The Grand Prize for the Promotion is a round trip ticket to the Philippines. The prize includes economy class airfare for one (1) person. The prize is not transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash value.
5. Raffle Draw: The raffle draw will take place in September 2024. The draw will be conducted electronically or through a random selection process, ensuring fairness and transparency.
6. Winner Notification: The winner of the grand prize will be notified via phone call and/or email within seven (7) days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, another winner will be selected.
7. Publicity: By participating in this Promotion, participants consent to the use of their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions: UMAC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or attempts to manipulate or tamper with the entry process. UMAC also reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
9. Liability: UMAC and its affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, including but not limited to, any technical malfunctions, computer viruses, or network failures.
10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
